he said it was not 'viable' for them to provide 24/7 support as during the early hours there were hardly any customers wanting support

another cutback in my eyes yes its only a matter of time before the services they provide start to deteriorate to such an extent any service you currently have near fault free or 'working' will just fall apart NTL

as much as i hate to admit it , it does make sense , as long as you are going to get a better service during the other hours i cant see the problem eh kronas
