He already knows about it, he's been around trying to fix it today but he couldn't find anything wrong and he's now away for the weekend so nothing can be done until tuesday. It's just that he said other tenants had managed to get a signal from their ntl cables, but they have/had DTV so they have the connectors already set-up. I was just hoping for a quick fix.
