The TV infrastructure is there aleady so NTL aren't (IMHO) bothered about potential BB users in South London.... and cynically I reckon that NTL are resting on their laurels in that South Londoners are too apethetic to switch to Sky/BT/ADSL

I ask you?

ntl aren't bothered???????????????

Of course they're bloody bothered - of course they want to take all the money they can off you in London for BB/intreactive etc - simple fact is THEY CAN'T AFFORD TO UPGRADE!!!!!! WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND?
