Did a search for this topic, could not find match, so here's my question:
In the last couple of days, I have had several warnings from my AV/firewall about a "mutant bagle". I run McAfee, which is always up to date, & use OE for mail. Some mail I have tried to send out with attached pix was stopped due to the above mutant. I then virus scanned the entire PC- including the files which I was unable to mail out, and the contents of my mail. The scans put me in the all clear, no viruses detected. So why did the AV prog stop me from mailing out the files if they were clean? Very puzzling....
Any help much appreciated.
