ring up saying you wish to cancel is another one, give the price of an ADSL subscriber thats cheaper than NTL and they will try and match the price for you.

I was getting 1 meg with NTL for ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£25 as they were billing me wrongly, but even at that price it wasnt worth staying, as the service for online gaming was poor in comparison to ADSL where I live and not really ever going to improve enough for me to warrant staying.
