he said it was not 'viable' for them to provide 24/7 support as during the early hours there were hardly any customers wanting support

another cutback in my eyes yes its only a matter of time before the services they provide start to deteriorate to such an extent any service you currently have near fault free or 'working' will just fall apart NTL

to be fair kronas what it will do is allow more ppl to be working during the times they are open hopefully meaning the majority of ppl will get a better service.

for the record the new hours will be

8am - midnite 7 days a week from 1st July like kronas said!
