Radio 6 Music at work. In the car I vary wildly. Capital FM, Virgin, XFM, Radio 1, Radio 2.
Sometimes tho, I find myself needing to calm down (driving licences are optional in Slough) so I listen to LBC, Radio 3, Classic FM.
Some of the info shows on Radio 4 are excellent. All I will say is never walk under a high level crane when its raining
