Having given the new service a few days more I've decided that perhaps my earlier criticism was a bit harsh.
The service is pretty fast and far more stable than it was before. Retention and completion are also
way better than before, so a thumbs-up to NTL for that. Now if we could just get a few of the missing groups re-established.....
