The calendar is
Rainlendar...do a Google for the "Moderna" skin - much better than the default. To change your taskbar, download
this if you're using XP SP1. A good place to start looking for themes is
themexp.org, but there are other places. If you're not using XP then someone else will have to help here.
For the large icons at the top you'll need to download
Objectdock, and find yourself either some .pngs or large icons to use.
