I'm guessing that all they'd need is:
- your location
- your ip address
- the URL you are having problems with
- whether the URL works with a manually-specified proxy (aka one of:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robin.d...cache.html#ntl)
That should be enough to show which redirector and proxy you're using.
