Thank you to all who replied. I'm sorry my orignal query wasn't quite as clear as I'd hoped but you answered my query perfectly.
I included my current info to show I wasn't pulling the idea of my IP registering in another country out of the air.
I would also like to say that during the problems in my local area, every time I contacted CS, they were very helpful and considered every problem I threw at them.
The only thing I can add from working in call centres is that tone and patience is very important, I've never moaned or bitched at CS and in return I have recieved a high level of service. Those here who work in CS for NTL should be proud of the service you provide.
