They need to be thicker skinned, IMO and some are more than others. At the end of the day you need to remember that this is
nthellworld and there is bound to be some tensions amongst customers and ntl staff, where tensions get out of hand, we step in. One member has already been banished from these forums for constantly abusing ntl employees and calling them all liars despite the fact that he has not met every one of them. We will act on anyone abusing any member whether they are an ntl employee or not.
