Thanks for all the helpful replies..

I haven't updated the firmware yet as the connection hasn't dropped again since Friday(Monday now) so i guess i will wait until it happens again..

Btw..i've very rarely had a connection drop from NTL and STB before installing the router..

So i will see what happens..keep you posted
