It's not quite that simple. The CSR
checked with someone (a supervisor I imagine) and they still got it wrong. Whoever they asked clearly did not categorically
know who nthellworld.co.uk belonged to, so why say it belonged to ntl?!?
If the supervisor didn't know then they should have said they didn't know or asked further up the food chain. It's the same old bull**** to customers.
