Well to all those NTL employees that said i was talking a load of BS over churn rates ands the CAP having an effect on jobs.
Do not really want to say i told you so, but if people open there eyes in respect of the customer needs they would not be having this.
BIll Goodland is probably the reason for this being needed and his CAP
