OK, just tried it and GSPC is back. So, some questions:
1. How can a proxy be borked in such a way that only one website is unavailable? We have had no problems with other sites lately.
2. My nthw pages load more slowly now I've 'switched off' the specified proxy in my network prefs. Presumably I am now back at the mercy of a transparent proxy in Luton. Can anyone recommend me a reliable and trustworthy, preferably non-NTL, proxy as an alternative? |
1. I'm sure someone will be able to tell you why, but I have seen it before. Hotmail was gone for two weeks on end, and everything else worked fine

site
Try a few to find one that works well?
