Ntl engineer arrived at 08.40. I explained the problem to him and he changed the stb. He set everything back up again including my BB connection. He also left a sheet of paper with his mobile phone number on. The leaflet also says if i experience any further problems within the next 7 days I am to ring his mobile. Engineers name is Bob Jack, so well done Bob Jack and well done NTL. All in all problem fixed with new stb in less than 24 hours.
