I didn't answer it because it was not relevant to this discussion which is about "Cameras in the Workplace".

You appear to have neglected one small detail, ie that when you are in the workplace you are *easily identified* by your boss or other personnel.
In the town centre, however, you are just one more face in the crowd and, despite the claims of those who support biometric identification, facial recognition systems are extremely unreliable.
Also you may not be aware, but in the Town Centre you are legally entitled to obtain a copy of any video tape that has your image on it. In the work place you may not have the same right.
My point is that I object to the abuse of power that hiding video cameras in the workplace represents.
