Change the duration to 22 hours - what this means is it will run every three hours for the next 22 hours after it starts - so it will fire at 3am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm & 12am and then stop this repeating cycle at 1am.
The whole thing will start again at 3am the next day.
