I`ve worked at this place and used the same staff room for 9 years and in all that time, we have not had one theft. Along comes this new manager and the first thing he wants to do is install is a camera. I`ve approached him and asked him why and he tells me its for security reasons. I then point out that we`ve never had anything go missing, so why now. He then adds on that he could moniter tea and dinner breaks as well. So, I think that is the real reason.
