			The Customer Service as far as contacting them via email is NON EXISTENT, adisgusting way to treat clients. As far as the call centre, it very much depends who you get, that is why I voted 50/50.and of course that is dependant on whether you can get through to them, and are prepared to wait 40 minutes!
