Hmm, some suggestions:
1) Take a polaroid from the same place as the camera & stick it in front.
2) Clean the camera lense with ZIF, Jif, wire wool etc.
3) Paint the camera.
4) Stick some useless poster over it.
5) get an air gun & shoot it from round the corner.
6) see a lawyer.
