I'm very sorry all for the issues you are experiencing. It's not going to be resolved by a 'quick fix'

This should be fixed early hours of Tuesday morning during maintenance period. Please post on here some more if you are still experiencing issues after 6am Tuesday morning, and sorry again for the obvious inconvenience. Inevitably with a network the size of ntl's there are issues, some easily fixed, some not so easily.
Again apologies to all affected those experiencing browsing issues only to sites mentioned here may be able to resolve them by specifying caches outside of Nottingham PoP, those trying to run other services may be able to resolve them by specifying proxies for those services outside of Nottingham PoP.
