Exactly! It would be interesting to see what the cost implications are! I for one would rather money be spent on bringing BB etc. to all of London, especially Lambeth!
I do wonder if it will speed up or slow down any progress in London. I suppose we will just have to wait and see if any improvements are "coming soon" !
