The email doesn't say it will be down Monday to Tuesday each week for 4 weeks
Main update was the overnight one earlier this week which applied to everyone but in addition for the next 4 weeks there will be odd times when the system will be down for some people but not all at the same time.
I would assume this is about tweaking the new equipment and possibly updating the software too but that is just a guess.
