I joined today because I got the letter this morning and went looking for other people who had also had the letter. I knew about this forum and saw that Acathla had had the same letter.
As for the details on the letter, they are what they are. I was a bit dubious about it and rang the number, I was put on hold and it did say NTL Tech Support. However, I'm now glad I didn't give my details, as the letter could be from someone trying to scam some details! Seems unlikely, as only a few NTL users have had them and they all admit to heavy usage.
Oh and you probably won't believe me, but... I have a friend who works for NTL Narrowband. Now he admits he doesn't deal directly with this issue, but that they were informed of it last week.
