That may be, but why should a customer have to run around trying to find that out? Obviously the letter has not been thought through very well, otherwise this information would have been included.
Sorry, but this whole thing smacks of the usual ntl bodge job. Firstly, since when has TSB been called on an 01792 number???!?
Secondly, that bandwidth website is a joke, isn't it? I could have made a better looking website in notepad with my eyes shut...
I see ntl have spared no expense in process for finally enforcing the 1GB cap
I did wonder how long it would take them to enforce it, and after running scared for a year now, they're finally sending the letters out.
