Ive treid two STB boxes in the house, so cant really imagine its the box. Tech support were trying to send me out a USB to Ethernet Adaptor last night
not quite sure how thats going to help (any ideas anyone) as the same was happening with a wireless usb connection via router. Will see how my limited upload goes today otherwise back onto Tech Support.
