I sugested dns as windows may have a duff ip in its table. Outlook may also store this info (though I am not sure on that one)......

Maybe Justanothernoob should check the dns A records on the servers. Actualy one of the reasons I sugested it is that I thought NTL would have more than one mail server, with the size of the network I thought there would be multiple servers....

oh and I dont think that red repping threadbare was very nice and I will green rep him myself....
