I'm not sure about the more people that complain the better, but I suppose it will give ntl a good kick up the arse that they need.

The reason I suggest complaining to Ofcom is because ntl don't like Ofcom complaints as it affects their statistics and so they tend to act rather quickly when you complain that way. I think that making a complaint via Ofcom is easily the least stressful method of getting your problem dealt with.

This is not to mention the fact that you may be elderly and find it difficult sorting this "rubbish" out with ntl, that they themselves are 100% to blame for. Nothing has changed becuase every bloody month we see case after case like this
