A simple completion of the complaints form on the Ofcom website and you can sit back and relax. Ofcom can sort it out with ntl and you can just wait for a letter to arrive. As long as you have the cancellation letters and collection receipt then you have nothing at all to worry about.

very true , but if it was an elderly person or someone without all their mental faculties ( i tried hard not to be discriminatory there ) it will very likely cause undue anguish and worry , they really need to get there act together to stop this sort of thing happening , the more ppl who complain to ofcom the better in my opinion
