I won't be posting pics of mine here as it's a beige box with a air intake hole on the front that I enlarged with pliers and the exhaust has had the metal grille removed with pliers as well (and I didn't tidy up the edges)

Mine has both sides removed with cables spilling out. CD-Drive is missing the front panel. Hard drive fan is missing grill etc
