I'm not going to persue this on here - assuming that is a quote from an email I would very much like to know who so that I can speak to them directly.
If not who are you to tell me I am not customer focussed, you go on a baseless rant regarding how bad proxies are and have the nerve to tell me that I should understand customers concerns? When they are rational I'm only too happy too - talk to DuncanB on this forum, I spent
hours officially and unofficially working on his issues, along with many others, how dare you claim I don't care about customers. I care so long as they have a point, those who just complain for the sake of it I have no time for.
