Links within folders ?

Hi just wondered if anyone could help.....not been really lucky on this one.......'The blue links within folders.......'My Computer & My Documents' don't open anymore & sure they did before.
O/S WinME ......

Sure I need a file or something.........any programs out there to solve this ?

Appreciate any help ......
