If you can track down this poxy file I will buy you a huge beer.

I have tried every site I can think of, driverguide, viatech, viaarena, metasearch and google and there are plenty of users moaning about this missing file. Sadly - no one posts a cure

I am going to take a spare hdd over tommorow and install a clean 98 on the system. As thw windows is over 12 months old and is full of apps the clean install may help.
