Louis Saha will be given United's number 9 shirt if he completes his transfer from Fulham. The legendary shirt has been vacant since Andy Cole left for Blackburn in December 2001, but will be worn by the Frenchman if the move goes through. Saha said: "It's a fantastic honour to wear the shirt and I hope I can be a success like those who have worn it in the past."
