Hi annie,
The best way to remove ntl's USB drivers is to run the uninstall software on the ntl CD - however, since you don't have this, you can download the uninstall program
here. The USB drivers shouldn't be causing a problem though... Alternatively, if you mean CorrectConnect (and this could be causing you a problem), you can remove it through Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel.
