Perhaps you could use a Skt370 to Slot 1 Adaptor ("super-slocket" I think they sometimes call them) so that way you'd stand a broader chance of getting the 900Mhz 100FSB you need. The added advantage is that the cache in skt370 chips is full speed on die and hence much faster than the seperate cache as in the slot one CPUs (despite it being half the size).
Personally, I think you stand more chance of getting hold of an 800mhz or a 1ghz than a 900.
