Curiously, neither of these two work for me:
http://www.all-nettools.com/pr.htm (just hangs)
http://www.broadband-help.com/cm_diagnose.asp?init=1 (reports cache IP as mine!)

but this one does:
http://www.nthellworld.co.uk/?page=proxy (but reports a different cache!)
