One of the mail servers in between has the ntlworld server on a blacklist due to spam or some admin mistake and is refusing to relay mail from it, that's the most likely cause of events
Remember different mails go through different relays and is probably only that email address you are sending to there that uses the relay that doesn't like ntl much
