The only thing I'd really watch out for is to make sure if he was an existing Ntlworld ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10 a month customer he enters the username and password or else he will continue to be charged for this.

Aside from that if the motherboard has a NIC card great. If not USB should be OK on most PC's.
