Ah I see, don't know what that could be then, as the only extra thing I am running is a Linksys router, but regardless if that is connected or not it does the same thing, so that address must be the modem then? (Would NTL replace the modem free of charge or would I have to pay, am willing to do so though if it'd sort out the problem quicker)
