So, BT got more complaints per 1000 customers than NTL (thereby nullifying any size difference). Having said that, the article doesn't mention other ADSL suppliers, any of which could be better or worse than NTL.

I've never actually thought of taking my complaints to Oftel, maybe we should be directing all our complaints to them, as well as to here. It's like the crime figures, only the ones that get reported, get quoted.
A direct comparison of speed, reliability and service, could be a better indicator? Note the last low reliability and service reading of ntl. They are getting worse.
