i agree it could be flawed, but there is an echo of 'it cant be true because its NTL'
if it was telewest or BT winning the vote, im sure many would be singing the praises of those compaines, and saying 'NTL should take note'

people who are on NTL know what to expect from the broadband service reliabilty and speed, ok maybe everyone is not bothered with the last one, but the overall quality of the service is what its about here in the poll or have i missed something ?
for the person who repped me that i have 'no facts' check this thread quite a few on here are happy with NTL on the whole
