Correct. I had no problems accessing Commands website via Ntl BB but trying to access the deffiles produced a timed out, page not displayed/ poss DNS error. However using dial up from Zen allowed access to the deffiles. I receive auto email notification of deffiles updates but the software should, and did auto update itself until recently. In fact it sometimes updated even before the email notifications. If I left the AV software to its own devices I found that it did eventually update automatically 3 or 4 days later, presumably when Ntl's DNS servers had updated.
