I tried the from on IE that "sheep" had on the link with old and new names & pwds. The message was
Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure that you typed the name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder. DETAILS: The FTP session was terminated.
Thanks Dooby I tried this with the same result "Server name and address could not be resolved" whichever name & pwd set I used.
Thanks folks for all the help but I am giving up now until after Christmas, there's too much to do besides keep failing on NTL. Thank you
