DrAwesome, return path trace routes, ie from someone else to you do not take the same path as ones from you. As you will notice there are only 4 ntl servers there and one of them is the cache server. It wont give a reliable representation of what is happening.
If you wan to use a web based package to test server responce times use Visual Route (
