Just in case anyone is unsure of how the free voicemail works, see below:
-Free viocemail is a free, simple version of the paid for service
-You do not need a PIN
-Activate the service by contacting your Customer Service (as mentioned above)
- Once activated, you access the service by dialling 1571
- Touch Tone phone required to use this service
In know this may be basic stuff to most but you never know, and as you can tell the info above has come straight from marketing, not my words.  |
For info Teesside is original NTL. Having just spoken to customer services there is no free voicemail available
Or maybe nobody in marketing has told them that it is, but she did go & check
