Thing is---when it works properley for five mins you realise what you should be getting for your £35 per mth and just how you only get it for a tiny amount of the time.

In luton the xparent proxy's have been down for months. It takes 4 minutes to load the bbc.co.uk home page if I use inkitomi1/2/3/4. I have to use bedford's proxy to get even moderate web speed.
