Moved house - new account
 

Just moved house and had BB reinstalled with a new silver box. On initial startup I have been able to access from the e-mail addresses set up on my old account. Does anyone know if NTL will delete these accounts or will I still be able to use them?

You should be able to call them and get them to move the email accounts over to your new BB account.

Were you a SACM (silver modem) user before you moved, or did you use your STB (Set Top Box) at your last address?
